As the former Chair of the National Pharmacy Association Board and Chair of NHS Primary Healthcare, I have had the privilege of leading initiatives that drive innovation and improve standards within the pharmacy sector.

Over 20 years of dedicated service in community pharmacy, I am a passionate pharmacist specialising in optimising patient care through innovative pharmacy practices. Throughout my career, I have consistently focused on enhancing medication management, improving health outcomes, and advocating for health equity within the communities I serve.

I still practice today with my own pharmacies and I serve as chair of Community Pharmacy London and as CEO of Community Pharmacy SE London.

Having been an integral part of high-performing teams and boards, I played a key role in raising over £350 million through share sales and innovative financing strategies. My expertise includes leading contract negotiations, managing complex business partnerships, and navigating corporate governance at the highest levels. With a strong focus on sustainable growth and operational excellence. My focus is on building long-term value based relationships and securing critical partnerships that enhance market position and profitability.

Over 20 years of experience in NHS finance and commercial development, known for driving innovative financial strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability within the healthcare sector.
